Michaela Paige
“The little girl with the BIG voice” is what the Sun Sentinel (a Tribume Newspaper) calls her. Michaela Paige is the 15 year old Contemporary R&B singer that’s making noise on the South Florida music scene. The Cleveland, OH native started singing at the age of 9 and already her vocal skills are compared to some of the industries most beloved singers and she has recently released a single entitled “It's Over” written by Michaela which is currently in rotation on KITC 106.5 FM and TwaddleLive.com Internet Radio Station. Michaela is expanding her artistic talents towards a full fledged music writing and singing career.
Michaela has recently retained the services of Mr. Sydney MacDonald CEO/Founder of Everi Exposure Management/ Entertainment and former Manager of Kid Cudi (another Cleveland, OH native) to guide her journey into the major leagues of the entertainment industry. This after fielding offers from several agents and producers we feel that Mr. MacDonald was the best choice.
An active performer, Michaela has appeared at venues all across South Florida. In 2006, Michaela won a state wide competition “KELLYOKE” sponsored by Glaceau Vitamin Water for a chance to meet American Idol Superstar Kelly Clarkson. She beat out 45 contestants, the youngest being an 18 year old Berkeley School of music Graduate. Michaela met Kelly Clarkson shortly thereafter at Kelly's South Florida Concert. Michaela was also the winner of the Broward county Fair Junior division vocal competition in August 2007. Michaela has shared the stage with the likes of Eddie Cornelius (Cornelius Brothers and Sister Rose fame), 80's Disco Diva Maxine Nightingale. In August of 2007, she was invited to perform at the Wilson County fair, in Nashville Tenn., with 5 musicians from the Grand Ole Opry for over 8000 people. Most recently she performed in front of an audience of over 25,000 singing the National Anthem as the opener for the Florida Marlins New York Mets game in Miami, FL. Her services have since been requested by the Miami Heat basketball organization and the Jacksonville Jaguars, and the Florida Panthers and on May 2, 2008 Michaela was invited to perform a tribute to Nancy Wilson at the “My Teacher, My Hero” award celebration held at the Kravis Center in West Palm Beach, FL. On February 10, 2008 Michaela was invited to attend The 50th Annual Grammy Awards took place at the Staples Center in Los Angeles, California needless to say it was a night to remember as Michaela walked the Red Carpet and later sat 2nd row from the stage and then later attended the “Official Grammy After Party”.
Michaela Paige is limited only by her imagination. She has collaborated with artists of many different genres’ such as R&B/Soul, Dance, Hip-Hop and more. Michaela previously worked with Victor Imbres co-writer and original producer of the number 1 UK hit single Fragma “Tocas Miracle,” and Rob Davis co-writer and co-producer of the #1 UK hit single Kylie Minogue “Can’t Get You Out Of My Head.” Michaela's music can be found on over 26 Download sites worldwide and has charted on several UK and German Dance music charts in 2009.
Michaela is an active supporter of the American Cancer Society, Quantum House, and many other charitable organizations dedicated to improving the quality of life for those in need.
